How to apply for Vietnam evisa? Latest Updates & Guidelines

Step 1:

Visit official website for Vietnam evisa https://thithucdientu.gov.vn/ or https://evisa.gov.vn/

Click “Apply now”

Step 2

upload your image and passport biodata page

Fill in online application form. If there’s no red asterisk on a question, you do not have to fill anything there

Step 3: Review application form

Save your registration code to track processing status later

At this stage, carefully check all information if they are correct because once you submit, application can not be amended unless you’re asked by Vietnam Immigration Dept

If you notice some need to be amended, click “Back”. If all information is correct, click “Payment”

Step 4: Payment

At this step, choose the payment method that is convenient for you

You can use ATM card or international card

Visa fee:

25 USD/ single visa
50 USD/ multiple entry visa

You may enter some technical issues at this step which lead to fail/unsuccessful payment. If so, try to change to another card or start again with other browsers

After receiving confirmation of successful payment as below, you can be sure you have finished, and be waiting for result

Step 5: Track processing status

Visit https://thithucdientu.gov.vn/e-visa/search or https://evisa.gov.vn/e-visa/search to track status

Fill in all queries and click "Search"

Once have result like below, save a soft copy and print 1 hard copy to show up upon boarding and arriving in Vietnam
