Urgent Chinese visa in Vietnam and Hong Kong

In Vietnam, normally it takes 12-15 working days to obtain a China visa. It can be faster or prolonged vary case by case.

Urgent or express China visa service in Vietnam is not available. However, you might get an urgent visa in special circumstances under specific, justifiable reasons such as: 

• Family Emergency: Serious illness, accident, or death.

• Business Emergency: last-minute negotiations/ contracts/ meetings/ competition

• Humanitarian or Medical Reasons

• Others

For urgent cases, you will need to show a appropriate/ related proof and we would recommend attaching it with a cover letter.

We also recommend you to visit Chinese Embassy/Consulate to check on possibility of emergency.

Processing time

• Step 1: Online screening: 1-10 working days.
  Processing time of this step varies. In our experience, for applicants who have China visa before and apply with sufficient documents, this step take 1-3 days.
  Else, it take longer if additional docs are required.

• Step 2: Apply at visa center
  Regular service: 4 working days (including the day of document submission and payment completed)
  Express service: 3 working days (including the day of document submission and payment completed)
  Urgent service: 2 working days (including the day of document submission and payment completed, please come before 12:00.)
